It’s
important to consider the health and well being of your horses following
the stress imposed on their legs by Cross Country or Show Jumping work.
The 10 Minute Box Ice Boots have a prophylactic effect on the lower
legs. The ice restricts the blood flow and thereby reduces the tissue
breakdown caused by inflammatory cytokines. This limits tissue damage
and speeds up the recovery process to allow your horse to compete at its
best. |

There
are three sizes available. The 12pocket (pictured) covers the area from
above the knee to below the hoof. the 6 pocket is half size and allows
the remedial effect of the ice to operate in a smaller, more defined
area. The 3 pocket is for very clearly defined injury zones. The pockets
can be filled with crushed ice or we can supply special re-useable ice
packs at $0.20 each (you'll need 4 per pocket) |
