contact us with your
order and your postcode so we can quote you an exact postage charge. We do
this rather than charge a flat rate so you pay no more than necessary.
General postage is approx. $8.00-$10.00 (clothing, bridles etc) depending on the
size/weight and destination of your order. |

& Delivery time: |

All products listed on
this website are advertised in 'good faith' in that they will be available
from our suppliers. Failure by our suppliers may cause unintended delay in
delivery time.
Products in
stock will be sent out immediately. Items not in stock and Special/Custom
orders will need to allow additional time. Time will vary depending on
items ordered (generally 2 - 4 weeks for special/custom). All orders will
be posted or couriered out as soon as possible for your convenience.

Refunds/Credits: |

Please
choose sizes and colours carefully as 'made to order' products (i.e. Show
Rug Sets). As they can not be refunded or exchanged if the wrong colours
or sizes are ordered.
No refunds will be given on any products
unless goods are proved to be faulty by our suppliers. If an ordered item
becomes unavailable then a refund will be offered .
