You do not need to be a registered user to add items to your shopping cart. Making a purchase is simple, browse our ranges and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All pages on this site requesting financially sensitive information are secured by GeoTrust SSL Certificate.

Please note that if you choose the credit card payment option your order will be lodged but the credit card information will not be processed in real time. The processing of the credit card is performed offline and will only happen once we have confirmed product availability.

Shipping and Handling

Goods are dispatched via Australia Post or a courier service which takes between 1-14 days subject to goods being in stock, and shipping destination. If you have ordered multiple items, your order will be shipped as one parcel when all items are available.

Shipping Charges

We offer a subsidised shipping cost at a FLAT RATE of $15.00 per order to AUSTRALIA via Australia Post. Express shipping is available at additional expense.


If you wish to pick your order up from our Bullsbrook premises, please enter the following coupon code at the checkout: PICKUP to avoid shipping charges being added to your shopping cart. Please make sure you contact us to arrange a pick up.

Overseas Delivery

Overseas shipping charges are based on a fixed cost per destination using Australia Post Air Mail or courier service. Orders going to international destinations pass through customs and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Please note that Dark Selections is unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; check with your local customs office for more information.

Tax Charges

For orders made from Australia the price that is shown in the shopping cart is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) currently regulated at 10%. For overseas orders the GST will be removed from your final invoice.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancelation/ Refunds Policy

We are sure you’ll be delighted with your Dark Selections purchase, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any item (excluding custom made items and special orders) purchased from us provided it is in a fully resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt for a credit.

  • If you are returning an item, you must include the original invoice with the goods - without it, the return will not be accepted. 
  • The goods must be returned in perfect, saleable condition. You must state the reason for the return.
  • Please be aware that personalised, or made to order goods can not be returned or exchanged. Orders can not be cancelled once custom made items have begun manufacturing.
  • All returned goods are subject to approval. 

On receipt of the goods, we will determine if refund/exchange is applicable.

No refunds will be given on any products unless goods are proved to be faulty by our suppliers. If an ordered item becomes unavailable then a refund will be offered. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision, however in most cases we will issue you with a credit.

Freight for returns.

·        if you are exchanging an item, return freight to us will be at your expense, and freight of the replacement item will also need to be paid by you before the replacement item is sent.

·        we recommend you get proof of postage, as Dark Selections will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.


If the goods are faulty or have been wrongly described, you can choose between a refund, an exchange or a credit.  


Description of Products

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
